Magic Potion for Improving Cycling!

What is the best way to refuel and recoup from a sprint or a ride in order to get ready for the next race or run???  well there are a few things you can do to improve this, but the best thing you can do is actually quite simple.  The very best thing you can do is to rest and drink plenty of fluids.  Keeping a constant flow of fluids into the body is one of the most important things you can do, seeing as how you are losing most of your fluids while in the process of riding.  Also, Inbetween sessions, there are a few other things you can do besides rest and drink...it isnt a bad idea to jump around and shake out your legs...this keeps you from getting too cold and stiffening up before your next ride.  You will also want to try to take in some quick calories before you go out for the next ride...you can accomplish this with power bars and cliff bars or something like that.  Probably the best thing you can do for your body when pushing it to the higher limits is to simply LISTEN to your body...if it is telling you that you have had enough, then you have had enough.  You have to know when to keep pushing and when to stop.
