Wear Your Helmet.

Especially wear that helmet if you are racing on a velodrome, but even out on the streets of your local city its still prety dangerous, if not more dangerous when you take into account the traffic and all the other distracting shit going on around you.  Yea, helmets may be weak and sorta goofy…but it can actually save your life…i probably sound like your parents, whoops.  Check out this crash that happened during the Great River Energy Festival in Minnesota  a while back.
