Fixed Gear Sprints, Black and Goldsprints

Well, sprints sorta...this is a video from Urban Velo in Pittsburgh and it is called the Black and Gold Sprints. Basically, it is a 250m sprint that is stationary, that takes place on rollers and is timed and measured through the use of computers. It is a pretty new system and seems to be working very well. The cool thing about these sprints is that it happens at a bar...so it is bound to be more fun than your average race...much safer too if you have been drinking to do your race this way. As you can see from this video, the action is pretty intense and the crowds really love it...enjoy the Black and Goldsprints.
